These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply in the version presented here as contractual between 3Eich-Kornnattern and their customers for all contracts, deliveries and other services.
Deviating conditions are only recognized after prior agreement and approval. Our delivery regulations apply.
The buyer can only withdraw his declaration of intent regarding the transfer of ownership within the legally stipulated deadlines. Regardless of whether the purchase price is open for an order, it is already on. - or has been paid in full.
